Coalition for Parole Restoration (CPR)
Serving New York State Prisoners & Families
MISSION STATEMENT
CPR, a 501(c)(3) organization, was created to inform, organize and bring to light all aspects of the prison industrial complex as it affects our communities, families and people in prison. Parole is one part of a larger issue that affects everyone. Our current primary focus is to obtain the just administration of parole for all prisoners.
CPR is committed to providing support and assistance to prisoners, former prisoners, their families and loved ones in dealing with prison issues and policies. CPR’s aim is to advocate for humane and fair prison conditions and policies that will contribute to the total “rehabilitation” of prisoners and help them to make a relatively smooth transition back into society and to their communities.
