"I love working at Exodus because it allows me the opportunity to give back to the community and assist ex-prisoners in their transition back into the community. There is no greater joy than seeing an ex-prisoner struggle with the pains of transition, and then smile with the victory of successfully surviving and making it through troubled times. My work at Exodus Transitional Community is more spiritually and psychologically rewarding than just a 'job.' I LOVE WHAT I'M DOING!"
